V neck front with ties under the bust is perfect over a swimsuit for a beach club or shorts for a festival, with deep frill at hem and cuff, or can be made with side splits.
Fits to waist giving a lovely flattering shape.
This garment is cut by hand and made by hand in the UK, with french seams and bead detail on the ties only, a few will be available.
